This is a business that runs just to snatch your hard-earned money. I registered for their UK skilled worker visa program and till they receive the money in their account their sales people called me 4-5 times a day and guaranteed me verbally that my chances to get visa is very high and if I start the process today then in next 40-45 days I'll get skilled worker visa but once the payment is done people start to delay the process. They promised me a CV and LinkedIn page and I got a CV with no similarity to any work I did then i modified it myself and provided to them. They have done nothing for my LinkedIn page. I am asking for a refund after paying close to 55K, i successfully wasted my 4 months with Y Axis. Dont fall in the trap all positive reviews are paid or fake.if you still don't believe, ask them for reference, they'll deny for sure by saying privacy policy. I'm writing a genuine review and i have all proof of payment and mails but I missed to record their sales team call in which they said I'll get visa in 45-60 days. Call me on nine zero six nine nine seven six zero six two if you're a victim too. Let's expose this fraudulent company and save people from loosing their hard earned money.

I want a refund of my 3200+200AED that i transferred to your Dubai account on 14th August 2024, I didn't sign any agreement and the non-refund clause.
The only crime I committed was to show interest in your service by making payment but unfortunately turns out to what l least expected.
Y-Axis Why do you want to reap from the seed you didn't sow?
You didn't render any service to me neither have you commence any. Then, why do you want to rip me off my money if this is not fraudulent, then what is it?
Then, why do you want me to rip me off my money if this is not fraud, then what is it?
When the agreement was sent and I read it through, I discovered the maliciousness on the agreement is overwhelming, I discovered Y-Axis do not have any single immigration agent licensed with Canada.ca representing them, how can you be an oversea immigration consultant and you do not have just one licensed agent working with you, well, that's not my business.
Y-Axis agreement is rigid and lack diversity, the agreement only protects Y-
Axis alone and have their client handicapped. When I discovered the agreement was malicious i didn't sign it, I quickly asked for a refund just within 24 hours of payment but Adarsh Marpadi the consultant who lured me into making payment because he claimed they got a job waiting for me became suddenly coerced and said I can't be refunded even the 200AED that was overly paid to Y-Axis account during the cause of making a deposit in Y-axis Dubia account Y-Axis refused to refund it also.
Adarsh Marpadi was maliciously rambling around claiming the 200AED
transaction can not be seen, transaction that was mistakenly made same day others was made with the same depositors name, same bank branch and same card. After persuading Y-Axis for several days to confirm the over paid money, they came up with saying the SEQ number on the deposit receipt of Mashreq bank is unclear that I should forget the money that it's just ordinary $50(200AED) that my going to Canada should be more of importance to me (I have proof of this conversation) then, I realized that Y-axis will not make my Canada job dream come into fruition, immediately I started sending reminder mails to all the LMIA employers who had promised to get back to me and gracefully for me after one week I had one employer from Québec who scheduled an interview with me and gave me an offer letter after two days. During this time they have not started anything on my application, I know seen I have made payment they’ve have set me aside and busy hunting for fresh victim.
Everything Adarsh Marpadi told me was different from what was in the agreement. Adarsh Marpadi of Y-axis all sounded like Y-Axis has agencies in Canada they collaborate or partner with to secure this jobs. Yes, I had to believe that because I was I was desperate to get a job offer and travel, so l can start earning to take off the loan I took with my late dad's house when he was fighting for his life early this year.
It's nearly 3 months I lost my dad i am in my grieving state and in the sadness time of my life. I am pretending to act like I have moved-on because I know my dad would be disappointed in heaven knowing that his death is pulling me down.
The marketing strategies Y-Axis stated on the agreement that would be will be used to market my CV are what I have been doing for mostly one year and currently doing before I finally and recently secured a LMIA job seven days ago, my employer had sent me mail since July that they'll get back to me as I didn't hear from them I assumed it just like every other employer who had been promising same but don't get to hear from them anymore. Then I opt in for Y-axis in 14th August 2024, just three weeks ago.
Adarsh Marpadi of Y-axis didn't know i would be intelligent enough to see meanings, read-up and understand every clause on the agreement.
I told Adarsh Marpadi that i have been marketing my cv independently on Linkedin(on premium) indeed, seek, grassdoors and the list goes on. All these sites I use are all in premium to search for an LMIA job. I wanted a different method of securing a job quickly which's why I wanted to use Y-Axis but unfortunately the service you're trying to render to me is the same service I am using therefore I need a refund.
Y-Axis, let it been known to you that I don't want you to render any service of any kind to me and you do not have the right to hold my money. I want a full refund of my money, if I don't get my money before the end of 14 days Y-axis will have to keep paying 20% bank loan interest rate monthly for the money. I will not stop sharing my review until i get my money back.
I am a healthcare practitioner I make every of my penny from the support I do in saving lives, going on sleepless night shift, putting my health at risk and all.
Y-axis you can't take my seed away from me, I will keep speaking until I get my refund.
